Greeted so nicely and everything in our order was accurate! Their kids meals are such a great deal if you haven't tried them! Just wish they had better hot peppers! Jalapeños or cherry peppers would definitely bring us in more often!
Second time in the last 2 months order. Both times ordering subs were made wrong. Both times they refused to correct it. The staff was rude. They refused to correct it. Spent 80 on four subs and it’s a waist of money. Order from anyone else. I suggest rubinos in Webster or rhinos is Webster. Just very frustrating when 3 of 4 subs are made incorrectly and the staff won’t correct it , and it’s a repeated issues. Their store has gone down hill. Very sad and frustrating for what used to be a solid place to order from.
Absolutely horrible experience. Made one of our subs wrong and when we kindly informed them and asked for it to be remade, this is what we received. If I wanted a veggie salad, I would have asked for one. Atmosphere of the establishment just seemed like the employees clearly didn’t give a s**t. Not to mention the tables and booths were all disgusting for supposedly being kept up on because of Covid. Will not be returning to this location.
My husband loves their subs. We order them once every other week. Everything is fresh and it's always ready when I go to pick up our subs. Vegetarian options: They have plenty of fresh vegetables available to make you a veggie sub.
I’ve been feeling like DiBellas was heading down hill for a while now but I was wrong. They made me an incredible sub. Love the environment and decor of this place. Helpful quick service and big subs!
DiBella’s is the go to place for a delicious sub in this ROC natives opinion. The bread is where it’s at for me. The Everything roll is bliss. I ordered the BLT with mayo and onion. Simply perfect.
Slow, uncoordinated, inexperienced. Poor handling of online vs. in-person orders. Horribly outdated ticketing system. Not really worth the extra price. Wegmans is on-par with their sandwiches, and can easily out-serve this place 3 to 4 times over. And I don't even like their sandwiches

DiBella’s subs are fantastic. I just can’t wait to get back from down south and as always my first stop is to DiBella’s. I have stopped at many places along the East coast for submarine sandwiches and nothing I mean nothing compares to DiBella’s! I just wish that they would expand their businesses down to Florida. That way I wouldn’t have to wait all this time to sink my teeth into the Awesome taste of The Godfather Submarine Sandwich! You guys ROCK keep up the great work!
