This is a wonderful eatery. Very friendly staff. Not expensive. Tasty comfort food. The food is worth a return trip! It gets busy, so you might wait. 6/6/21: It was nice to eat here again. The workers are always so nice, & the food is quite tasty. My friends & I ate here in June, 2021. It's always an enjoyable time, with friendly efficient staff & tasty food that is not expensive. 1/9/22: I like this diner so much. The lady waitress remembered me from my last visit. The food is always great.
We absolutely were pleasantly surprised to find this small restaurant to be so clean and delicious. Breakfast was delicious but was just warm so I would still give it 5 stars for now in Hope's that it will be piping hot next time.Thanks for your delicious breakfast cooks and also to our two out of three waitresses were very nice and attentive.
A close to home and delicious quick breakfast for two place, first time visit for my husband who has lived in the area over 30 yrs. He enjoyed the hot coffee with french toast. Great stop!

FOOD GOOD....SERVICE GOOD..........BUT.......$5.00...... .FOR....2..CUPS OF HOT WATER .WITH 2 MEALS. I DO NOT DRINK COFFEE AND DID NOT TOUCH MY GLASS OF WATER THAT THEY BROUGHT AUTOMATICALLY ! FOR SIXTY YEARS I HAVE DRUNK HOT WATER WITH MY MEALS AND NEVER, EVER PAID FOR HOT WATER AT ANY RESTAURANT.
The food was very overpriced for it being a pretty mediocre breakfast. I got the meat lover omelette with hash browns and burnt toast... The omelette was also extremely lacking any flavor. Despite the food itself I will say the service is excellent, and the waitress on staff are very friendly. I might come back again just because of the service, but I will most defiantly be trying something new.
Billy's is the best family restaurant in Rochester! My family and I went there on Saturday morning, and this is what we ordered. My kids had chocolate chip pancakes and Oreo pancakes, my Husband had french toast and eggs and bacon, I had this amazing cinnamon swirl french toast. The food here is amazing!!We love coming here every weekend, and the staff is so nice, they make you feel right at home!! So if your craving some great home cook food, give Billy's a try!!! You will Love it tooo!!!
Homemade chicken pot pie--delish!
You don't get a more friendly and affordable breakfast place! The food is great too! Fresh fruits and home fries which are to die for!
