The best bagels in the area when fresh. They do go stale fast just as a heads up. When your order I suggest watching them make the bagels as they often mix up orders since they take all your orders and tell you to move. Don’t move away or your order really only applies when ordering multiple things may not be correct.
The food was delicious, but the short, heavy set black girl working this morning was unnecessarily rude. I entered and walked up behind the only other patron in the restaurant, who was standing at the register and placed my order. When said girl announced my order, she held up my bag and before handing it over the glass made a point to say "Next time you come, you order with us first and THEN go to the register" in a nasty tone. I'm unsure why I was not directed to do so originally or why the man working the register didn't correct me if it was such an inconvenience to her. I'm a travel nurse who just arrived to the area and this was the first place I stopped after getting off my first shift. It was disappointing to say the least.
Purchased the Western Brisket and a turkey sandwich. Turkey sandwich only had one piece of turkey. However the brisket was stuffed! The peppers were very fresh. Would definitely order again.
Who doesn't love fresh, warm bagels? This is our new go-to treat after long Friday pool workouts.
Come on bruegger's, get it together. Open your dining areas to the public. In case you haven't heard, You can get back to doing business. All the old guys who like to hang out with their buddies are going to competitors. I'm sure your staff is lazy like everyone else It probably don't want to clean, but you are still in charge.
Food is good, I just wish they brought back the seating. Those big sandwiches are not easy to eat in the car.
Manager should be ashamed. Staff dancing around in front of register instead of working on 01/08. Apparently they think they are at work to party. Disgusting customer service.
Couldn't of had a worst experience. Ordered online, waited 15min and then went to pick up. I waited so long in the store that people waiting in line received their food sooner. All the staff could say was that they were under staffed. That was not the issue, the issue was taking care of the line and putting all online orders at the end of the line. Last time, you will be missed. Horrible staff at register. They contacted me and asked me to fill out a form. No one reached out or replied. Looks like they reached out to make it look like they cared for people that saw this, they don’t.
What happened to service...... people skills lacking.... Bagel was delicious
Not having the dining area open is unfortunate. Hard to eat bagel sandwiches in your car.
