23 September 2022 ** Nice looking restaurant ** Service was very SLOW taking over 30 minutes before we were able to place our order. ** It took more time because their main purpose appears to be filling the incoming online orders FIRST before giving in-house customers any service at all!! ** Definitely Poor Management** ** Yes the food is fresh also tasty but anything you want extra is definitely going to cost you extra $$ and salad dressing is portioned out in very small amounts so you're salad is dry. **The dining area wasn't well kept so most of the tables and seating needed a good cleaning. Washed down a table with sanitizer ** DON'T THINK WE'LL BE BACK ** Vegetarian options: It's salad so don't order anything with meat! Kid-friendliness: There is no seating for small children Parking: You have to walk across a busy thoroughfare with no crosswalk Wheelchair accessibility: The ramp for handicapped is almost non-existent Dietary restrictions: Ask if you're in need of anything maybe they can help but probably not
It was a lil expensive, but worth it. I got the Greek Chicken and Quinoa. It was amazing. I was very satisfied. Great service and dining. Good portions. They had a regular and a large bowl. A huge menu selection as well. Will be returning. The one out in Henrietta was fantastic too
Skip this place and head to the chipotle next door. Portions here are horrible. They gave me 4 pieces of chicken and called that a full portion.... i asked for more they gave me 3 more pieces. Customer service isn't their strong suit either. Definitely won't be coming back here!

Ordered through the app and when I got to the store they said they were out of pork. I requested greek chicken instead and they were out of falafel. They scooped up the crumbs from the bin and gave it to me. I asked about it and they assured me this was normal. We went to eat and my friend found a long hair in his food but didn't want to complain due to the time it took to get our orders. Never again webster.
Corelife has a really sweet modern design. Just walking on the place is a really great experience. Always has incredibly fresh ingredients. The poke bowl taco was phenomenal. So fresh and had a small kick of spicy that brought it to life. All of the lemonades are also really great! Fast and good service too.
I love the Black & Blue…one of my favorites…when the steak is fresh, but I ordered a Chicken Cobb salad and it was less than…chicken was minimal and it came with avocado, bacon and egg yet the only thing visible was the greens egg and chicken.The presentation was terrible, but on your website it shows this amazing POPULAR Chicken Cobb salad, nooooooooooo very misleading, especially for customers who order online. I did go back to speak with the manager, however he was busy and in the middle of an interview. I have thirty years of customer service, but I don’t think they call it that anymore;
I think the employees may have been having an off day. Nothing bad per se but they could have been a little more personable. Orders were spot on, just the normal friendliness that I've received at other locations just wasn't quite there.Food: 5/5
I usually love the quality of the food and service from this location. Today, my wife and I decided to order CoreLife for dinner. After getting home with both of our meals we found multiple problems with the quality. My wife's bowl had hardened spicy rice noodles. My bowl had dried out steak that looked like it had been sitting out for days. In addition the side of Sweet Potatoes and Mac and Cheese were both hard and dried out like as well. We usually order from this location once or twice a week but unfortunately we won't be for a while. We may try again in a few months to see if things have changed. I will say though that the service is usually pretty good and was also good this time around as well.
I’m a CoreLife fan, but not a fan of this location anymore. I walked in the other day to order my usual and wasn’t even acknowledged - they were more interested in the online orders when it was completely empty. Then on a busy day, I trusted them to make my order from their app and disappointed again. Don’t order on the App, they won’t get the order right even if it’s written out on a slip & says please. I paid extra for tofu and hardly got one serving. Also added another topping and still didn’t make on my meal. I was kind and pre-tipped 20%. What a joke.
