Top quality. Impeccable service. Very knowledgeable. Extremely friendly. I took my daughter’s Ivy League school sports ring in for repair of a crack in the band. The jeweller found another crack I was unaware of and completed its repair as well and insisted doing it for me at no extra charge. Definitely will return in future.

They did an amazing job making a custom ring for me. They helped my choose a design and the product turned out amazing. Highly recommend using them as they are very professional and their work is impeccable. They are also extremely friendly!

My Fiancée and I got her ring re-sized at Pacific Jewellery. The staff was kind and they did a fantastic job on the ring. The price was reasonable and we got the ring back within an hour and a half.
