I'm a long term customer of Watch Warehouse. Obviously I visit the shop occasionally, as soon I need their service. In my book it is the best place to service your watches. I prefer drive here from Calgary SW instead of using any other company.

Brought 2 watches in for new batteries. Best price in the Northeast!!! I was so fascinated by the beautiful silver Seiko wall clock with astrology, 12 beautiful tunes that automatically turn off overnight it's external movement and the young man originally from Afghanistan that explained it to me. Price is $645.00 and I'm going to buy it in January. It's gorgeous

They had a particular watch in stock that I was tasked to purchase for a relative in Vietnam.. I had almost given up. Everywhere else that I tried showed stock online, but actually didn't have.. Very prompt and friendly service here. This is my Go To place for replacing my watch battery. Great price too. In and out in 10 minutes for $10. Can't beat this. Highly recommend!

I have brought most of my 18 watches here to get the batteries changed over the years but for the last year the batteries they have been putting in my watches are all dying after a month or two of use they are clearly using cheap batteries. I now go to Swedish Jewellers in airdrie that charge the same price but guarantee the batteries for a year. Don’t waste your money at watch warehouse.

If you want any luxury watches then definitely visit them. If they don't have it then they will get it for you. Awesome customer service and very friendly staff.

A friend recommended Watch Warehouse as I got moisture in my watch. I don't live close to Calgary so shipped it to them for repair. They were great and had it fixed within a few days and mailed it back to me. I would recommend them and will check them out in person next time I'm in the city. Thank you very much! Shawna

I got the crystal face on my watch that I've had for 8 years replaced here as well as a polishing done. They did a great job. I then wore the watch into my hot tub and water got inside of it. They then dried it out and restored it to like new for me. For any watch repairs I would recommend this location. They really stand behind their work.

Best service at best price. Thats my favourite shop to go for repairing my old watches and for buying new watches. They have good selection of Rado and many more brands.
