Friendly, prompt service. I had my wedding ring and band polished here and he did a beautiful job for a fraction of what the commercial jewelers would charge. My new go-to for jewelry maintenance. Also store is very charming and clean.

Amazing customer service from a true artist. Highly recommended for new jewellery, or to resize and repair an existing piece. James is friendly, knowledgeable and highly skilled; he wouldn't still be in business after 30 years if he didn't know what he was doing! Can't say enough good things about my experiences at Galts.
