My boyfriend purchased me a belt from the Hotel Vancouver Louis Vuitton which ended being a display the girl scammed him! Thanks to this location I came in to exchange for a different size and had awesome service! They were the ones who brought it to my attention that the belt was not in its normal packaging and form and gladly exchanged t for a bigger size and new belt in perfect condition! Appreciated the good customer service, definitely will be back to this location!

Amazing service! I went for the first time a couple of weeks ago and was greeted and helped right away. The purse I wanted is back ordered for about 6 months so staff took the time to show me a lot of similar options that are currently in stock. I ended up going on the waitlist since I've wanted this particular style for awhile but I did purchase a wallet - the whole process was great. I will definitely be going back, especially when they move to Chinook. Thank you for the wonderful experience.

Just an avg store for me. Been watching and reading a lot about other people’s experience at a LV store in other places and find that this place are not as welcoming. First off, the choices are not all there. Hard to make a choice when you can’t see the stuff in person. Also, been noticing that when you order online, they give out a sample of their perfume or in some stores I’ve watched in youtube, the store gives out a sample of their new perfume. I’ve been smelling the perfumes while waiting for my purchase to be boxed but was not even offered to me at all.

Great friendly customer service. The associate was really cheerful and genuinely interested in our conversation. She was very attentive to my questions and needs, while also respecting that I needed time to look over the products alone.

Went into the holtvrenfrew Louis Vuitton location today to purchase a new cross body purse. Had the RUDEST sales person ever! left with my jaw on the ground as to how she spoke to my husband and myself. We have been in before and have been customers for a long time at this location. Itseemed as though she was irritated to show us a $3400 handbag. Seriously if you don't like sales get a new profession.

The service SUCKS not the 1st time.I was there to BUY. I was wearing their Koonz Monet purse that I purchased in the States & still no service? 4-5 staff available, they weren't helping other customers, close to closing time, they just stood there. Not stepping foot into that store again.

called the number to ask a question waited 10 minutes on hold witch is fine but when someone answered the phone they hung up on me almost right after after cause i guess it took me a few seconds to realize they finally picked up.... thx for waisting my time.. i expect that from walmart

Great store! They are moving to Chinook Mall soon with even more variety and selection. Very helpful staff!

Be very VERY careful buying Here, I was sold a FAKE bag here.. if you don't know what to look for, please do a lot of research and inspect thoroughly before paying..

horrible! do not get it hot pressed here because they do a sucky job on it. They do not do it in the right location you asked for, not straight and your initials end up being crocked.
