This is my first google review ever and I am writing it after several years of experience with the store. I can't ask for any better experience! The store environment is the best in my opinion! I have been to other Hermes boutiques in the world but this boutique for sure is the best because they know their costumers and appreciate the relationship and love for the brand. Great costumer service although I deal with one SA but I can definitely say that the entire store are lovely and friendly, even the store manager is sweet and helpful. I will take time to write about my SA because I think she earned it with her professional behaviour and attitude with me. my SA rami has definitely made me love the brand more and more. I still remember the first time we met few years ago and how she welcomed me to the store with smile as if I am an old costumer. She is very respectful and professional, but at the same time very funny and I enjoy my time shopping with her. I have to drive for few hours to get to the store but I don't hesitate to do it because I know I will have good time and enjoy even if I don't end up getting things I want because of the stock or limited availability of the products. The best thing about rami that she LISTEN to her costumers and try her best to understand their taste so she can help them find what they like and suit their taste. I am very lucky to call Calgary my local store and i did and will definitely continue recommending this location to all my friends and family.

I started shopping at Hermes Calgary this year, I feel like I’m a kid in a candy store every time I go. All the staff are very friendly and extremely knowledgeable especially my salesperson Jane. She is very patient with me and so helpful. I absolutely love everything I have purchased from this store.

Had a great experience here, just recently moved to Alberta. Started my relationship with my SA, absolutely incredible. She is a amazing SA, i was able to obtain my bag after sometime. I am overly happy this store is filled with amazing staff, very helpful to me. Thank you!

Rami Sandhhu is an amazing sales associate! she is extremely knowledgeable and personable, will definitely recommend to my friends she is the SA to go see if shopping at Hermes Calgary location. Not pushy at all and will educate/ try to fulfill all your wants. Such a refreshing experience to see at a place like Hermes. Looking forward to working with her soon. -Jared R

I have had the most amazing experiences at this store. My SA Rami is incredible and has assisted me in finding so many unique purses over the years. The beautiful rainbow Birkin she found for me is absolutely beautiful and I can’t thank her enough for being able to offer it to us! Can’t wait to return to the store when we are back in Calgary!

Amazing service. Enjoyed the experience in Hermes Calgary branch. Can’t wait till I come back for the clic H orange bracelet! Update, Got My H clic bracelets, one in black and silver hardware and one in orange with gold hardware. LOVE both of them and Hermes Calgary continue to provide the best service ever.

We were at the store waiting for an associate to be available, clearly they had seen us come in before others had arrived but they did not even bother to acknowledge us. Every associate in the store decided to attend to every one else except us and it felt as though we were being ignored on purpose. Despite it being a high luxury brand, the so called "professionals" did not meet the expectations.

Walked in, stood there for 10 mins. no one greet me nor anyone bother look at me. LOL. Another guy comes in gives the sales a “gift” ? Are you serious? I need to buy sales gifts in order for someone to say Hello to me? i guess i’m just not good enough for Hermes.

My husband and I have had great experiences with Rami. I think she is just lovely, patient and so helpful. My husband purchased some absolutely stunning belts and buckles, followed by other items such as the most beautiful scarves, gorgeous earrings, classic Oran sandals - All of which I love. The quality is on another level and the customer service has been equal. We are thankful we found Rami as she is so kind and non-judgemental. I would like to note that my husband said he spoke with another man there, he didn't get his name, but the man was very helpful with sizing of the belts and very kind as well. Having not been able to travel in the last couple of years, it's nice to get a little touch of France! Highly suggest this location!
