Great experience! We're visiting from Florida, so there was a bit of a language barrier, but between customers and Google translate we received Great service!nThe baked goods were fresh and a HUGE selection!

They are not fair they’re smiles are fake one day they smile and if you had a problem they show you another face. My son who’s 14 went down and she served him a kilo of just corners. She finished the end of tray to a child. You can crunch into the sugar it’s not even well blended in the dough. It gives you the worst guilt trip of how sweet it makes it. Never coming here again.

Spent 15 minutes waiting only one other person in the store and the cashier spent the entire time talking to him. I was patient and even after he payed she started platimg things for the window and kept talking to him. She made no attempt to ask what I wanted or anything of the sort. It's 8:30 in the morning when I got there just to buy a coffee and some baked goods before work. I'm leaving at 8:45 having not had anything at all.

Delicious variety of sweets and desserts. The ladies behind the counters are helpful, pleasant and welcoming! We stopped by this bakery before heading back to Vancouver and the staff went above and beyond to get our order packaged and ready for our trip!nnThank you for an awesome service and the great flavors.

Extremely bad servicenIt’s just too bad cause the one in Laval is 10 times better service and atmosphere.nI gave cote vertu 2 chances with 2 different visits but the staff needs to be changed. They r not welcoming even raising her voice to the customer Don’t gonWalked out without buying from how bad the service was.
