So tasty! Hot out of the oven and delicious. Not sure they were the best bagels I've had in my life but it was a cheap and fun way to experience the unique oven baked Montreal bagel. Pro tip: grab gnocchi next door and then some soft serve to complete your meal

Hello, ex-New York/Montreal bagel baker here. This shop is in a tiny spot, which made it all the more impressive how many people had crammed in to try the bagels. The bagels are crisp, with a soft inside. Prices are agreeable and the staff is brusque, but professional.

Holy cow. I've never had bagels this delicious, it's hot and fresh out of the oven, it's so good you don't need a filling. I could've ate the bagel as is and be satisfied.

Get a bag of fresh bagels. The ones that came straight out of the oven. Not the ones that have been sitting there all day. Try it as you come out of the shop with some smoked salmon cream cheese. One of the many small pleasures of life.

I usually love these fresh with sesame seeds but the last two times I have gone have been a huge disappointment. The fresh hot bagels lately have been burnt so much they feel like week old bagels, hard like a rock and crumbling from the burnt black crust. Not sure what’s going on Fairmont Bagels, but you need to up your game.
