Ouverte en 2010, la particularité de cette boulangerie est sa petite promenade au dessus des fourneaux, lorsque vous montez vous installer à l'étage. Vous pourrez voir nos artisans pétrir le pain, rouler les croissants, garnir les quiches... Mais pour ça : il faut arriver tôt !
Avant de monter, attardez-vous quand même un petit peu devant les vitrines et laissez-vous tenter par un biscuit à l'avoine, ou un croissant aux pistaches ! Le salon de thé, imaginé comme un petit jardin intérieur, vous permettra de vous installer pendant des heures et des heures, pour lire, pour réflechir, pour étudier... Qu'importe : il y a fort à parier que vous ne voyiez pas vraiment le temps passer !
