Ottawa Home Health Care Services - Global Health Care Services

I have been employed with Global Health Care Services Inc. for over three years and it has been a very rewarding experience. Our agency has helped hundreds of local families stay together when the only other option was to have a family member placed in a home or institution. Our agency has also helped Canadians, immigrants and even refugees find employment, fueling our economy and doing our part in lowering the Canadian unemployment rate. Our scheduling is very flexible which is ideal for individuals who have other jobs, want to go back to school, or need to take care of their children. Being part of this agency has shown me what it means to be part of a team, a team of individuals who care and strive to provide the best possible services to their clients. Every single employee at our agency is compassionate, caring, and thoughtful. I could not ask for a better group of individuals to work with. There are no small roles when it comes to caring for someone’s loved one, from the person who answers the phone, to the employee that is sent to work with the client, each person plays a vital role in making our agency what it is today. There is a reason why Global Health Care Services Inc. has been around for over 25 years and it is still thriving today.

I had a disappointing experience with man (Guylain Pagé, President) who was running the office, surrounding a client I was assigned to work with. There is little or no support to the staff. I RESIGNED, and recently applied to another nursing agency, who contacted Global Health Care (without my permission) and Guylain Pagé took the liberty of giving me an unflattering reference, despite the fact that I was an employee with Global Health Care for several years, without consulting me first. They are partially funded by the Govt of Ontario (a health-care agency) and they have strict rules in place when it comes to commenting on previous employees - ie - there are forms that have to be filled out by the person requesting a reference (I didn't even request one) therefore, Global Health Care Services violated this term.

J'ai reçu récemment des services de cette compagnie et j'ai adoré mon expérience. Mon premier contacte téléphonique fut une belle expérience. Personnels compétent et très humain.
