Exec Health as been incredible for my father-in-law. Dr.Lai is so warm, compassionate and knowledgeable. She takes the time to speak to my father in law and explain everything in detail to him. She truly cares for his well being. She always takes the time to answer our questions promptly. The nurses Lyndsay and Annabelle are also just remarkable! I have never not had an email answered in the same day, they ensure we get everything we need for his care. We are truly happy we joined them!

My wife and I have been members with ExecHealth for a little over a year now and I can honestly say there is no other experience like it in Canada. Having dealt with so much frustration and waiting in the rest of the healthcare system Sanjay and the team he has assembled are second to none. The level of service, personal attention and confidence we now have that we’re being proactive about our healthcare is huge. The amount of relief is immeasurable knowing that no matter how crazy things have been or how overwhelmed the healthcare system has been, there is a team there that is always able to get back to you and always makes time to see you in a reasonable amount of time is amazing. They are one of Ottawa’s best kept secrets. From a personal care and attention to detail standpoint the doctors are incredible, the nurses are incredible and the admin staff have always been incredible patient fielding all of our questions, schedule needs and appointment flexibility. When needed they have gone above and beyond to ensure we have what we need and always made sure follow-ups are fast. We will never go back to a traditional provider. Special shout-out to Lindsay on the nursing team who has single handedly helped talk us through so many challenges of having a newborn and managing with covid, shots, mental and physical health. Overall the team is incredible and we could not possibly be happier. We’ve been recommending ExecHealth to anyone that will listen.

I joined EH a few weeks ago, and I couldn’t be more thrilled I took the plunge. Appointments are on time, referrals are quick, and they actually follow up with you! So far it has truly lived up to its promise of a concierge health service. I hope they continue the good work!

I have been with ExecHealth since December 2021. The service has been excellent. If I need to speak to a nurse it is usually same day. Doctor's appointments are within a week. So much better than my old Doctor's office where I had to wait a week just to book an appointment. Keep up the good work!

I have been very pleased with their service. Coming from Europe where primary health care is top-notch and preventative, I was shocked to end up in a system where it is almost impossible to find a family doctor. So I decided to join Exechealth and it turned out to be a great decision. I recently got a kidney stone and they were quick to prescribe me the appropriate meds and refer me to get an ultrasound+urologist. The doctors and nurses are kind and listen to your questions + take you seriously. Can only recommend.

I contacted this place because I desperately needed a family doctor. I was willing to pay out of pocket. I sent my payment information. I went in once for some numbness in my arm and was able to see a doctor right away, which was great. The rest of the service was absolutely awful. Sanjay had matched me with a doctor who then decided they didn’t feel comfortable managing my condition. I asked Sanjay if he could look into finding another doctor. I phoned and emailed multiple times. I left messages. I never received a reply. I asked the receptionist if I could see another doctor. The receptionist said I couldn’t because Sanjay never actually took payment from me, despite me giving him my payment information. The receptionist was rude and not helpful. This was a demoralizing experience. I hope they improve their service.

Joined a year ago, during the pandemic, when I couldn’t get help anywhere else. The clinic is responsive, caring, dynamic and helped me get the help I needed to get back on my feet. I am in the best health of my life! Thank you to the team at ExecHealth for being there, when I needed it most.

Called on March 22, 2021 and immediately followed up with an e-mail. Nothing but crickets chirping. Was going to try again and stumbled over these reviews mirroring my own experience. Definitely a red flag. Supposedly a premium medical service but like the joke goes; "I don't think that word means what you think it means".

ExecHealth offers healthcare in depth check-up and benchmarking the way it should be offered. A holistic approach that looks at fitness, diet and general health. And a team and approach that takes the time to dive into matters. Health is complicated, as is our healthcare system... It is so helpful to have these people on your side.

Called in to see if I could get an appointment - this is a private clinic that works under a 'membership-based' system - being a member costs around $3,000 a year yes, 3 thousands... not possible to see a doctor for a one-time appointment. Great customer service though, but really not what I am looking for - thought I would put it here on Google for others looking for a private clinic that is not run under a membership system
