I came in today for an ultrasound and blood work. I met the front desk ladies who were lovely and so kind, as well as Lindsey Davis and Cheryl Riess who talked to me about my procedure and were extremely nice and knowledgeable. I felt so comfortable at your clinic and will definitely recommend. Thank you all!

What a wonderful clinic! We are so blessed to have this type of care in our midst. I was there this morning very nervous and anxious to have my long awaited procedure done and from the front desk receptionist to the nurses and my wonderful Dr.Shenessa they treated me with such kindness and caring.Thank you all from the bottom of my heart for this morning. I will never hesitate going back to this clinic!

I arrived early and they were able to see me before my appt time

The doctors and nurses are wonderful but their front desk is terrible. Their reception is lacking sense and skill. Was seen back in January with a specialist and have been waiting to book a follow up appt, receptionist keeps forwarding me 6 times to the the nurse's phone which leads to another voicemail box . My last voicemail from the nurse even says I should just book a follow up appt with the front desk. Seems nothing can get done over the phone and it's now August. I have to wait for a new referral letter to be written as the old one is overdue.

This place is a nightmare. The receptionists don't want to deal with you. The nurses never call you back, even if you leave voicemails like instructed. I waited over a month, and no one called me back, so I called them and left another message, still nothing. This was about pretty severe medication side-effects and no one was there to help when I called. Dr. Dumont could not care less about her patients and is not super honest about prescriptions, thankfully I have a pharmacist that helped me with the side-effects and was very honest with me.

Specialist appointments can be a bit nerve-wracking but this clinic was great. Everyone, from the hospital staff at the front entrance, the receptionists, to the doctor and nurses, was very welcoming and efficient.

Completely incompetent and unhelpful. Been twice, long wait each time, most recently it was over an hour after my scheduled appointment that I saw Dr Dumont. First visit the staff had no idea how to work the computers and they ordered some of my lab tests wrong. They also ordered an ultrasound and told me I’d hear from them to book it. After 2 months hearing nothing and having a 3 month follow up approaching I called the clinic and they were completely unhelpful, told me they can’t do anything and transferred my call to ultrasound who said I’d have to talk to the clinic. Various iterations of this repeat in phone calls on another 5 separate days and nothing. Eventually I went to the 3 month follow up, waited an hour and 15 minutes to see the doctor who confirmed that I should’ve had the ultrasound. I missed 3 hours of work that morning for an appointment that got me absolutely nowhere. Dumont said she’d send a message to her clerk to sort it out and of course I’ve yet to hear anything, the dr said to call back the clinic if I don’t hear anything which is a joke considering where that got me last time. So now it’s been almost 4 months that I’ve been waiting for a simple internal and transvaginal ultrasound. Completely unacceptable.

I am so grateful to the staff, nurses, technicians, and doctors from this center. I suffered for many years with endometriosis. Once I was referred to this clinic, I was taken seriously and helped. We are lucky to have this Center in Ottawa.

Excellent drs. Expect to sit around for 40 mins to and hour in waiting room. They are not good with bookobo
