My husband and me, we are former patients of Dr. Vincent Nadon. As per University of Ottawa Health Services' words, there will be months until we will be assigned a new family physician. We find this situation quite unfair for us. It seems nobody cares about our health problems. The nurse practitioner is nice and caring, but she is not a physician.

Excellent family doctor services.
Staff are nice and friendly and helpful. 
Wait times vary greatly.
Building is wheelchair accessible.
