I am 16 weeks pregnant and was sent here to have an ultrasound to rule out anything that might be causing another minor complication I was having. From the moment I stepped in the door, it was clear it would not be a pleasant interaction. After there was confusion regarding my requisition between this location and my doctor's office, the receptionist then spoke to another patient regarding why I was at the clinic by holding up my rec for him to see! I was then unfairly dealt with in the ultrasound room by the technician informing me that she has "no time for this", and that "I was going to need to hurry". She was curt, sharp, and incredibly unprofessional and I am outraged that a medical professional would speak to me with such candor, when I was not at fault. I left in tears I would not advise anyone I know to visit this location. Perhaps they should re-read their patient values they promise to withhold, and learn that customer service doesn't end at the front desk.

I am extremely dissatisfied with my experience at this clinic. Upon arrival, I was told by the receptionist that my family doctor had not sent the necessary requisition for the test that was to be administered which, after my investigation, I found to be false. During the procedure itself, the ultrasound technician was not gentle and caused me some pain. The following week, my doctor's office called me to report that the ultrasound clinic had given me the wrong test! In fact, they don't even administer the test I needed, but decided to do a different test without informing my doctor or me! When I called to get to the bottom of the situation, the receptionist said, "I don't know how to help you; I'm just a receptionist." I will never return to this clinic.

I had a horrible, horrible experience when I was there . The technician was very rude to me. And I also just found out my friend's mother had a bad ordeal as well. After done checking up, the technician (looks like Indian native in his mid 40 to 50) left his gloves on the bed and told her to clean it up. I didn't know patient have to clean up the room or the techician's gloves after their check up?! This is uncall and very unprofessional practice! Please be aware of this situation everyone!

The hours of operation start at 8am and not 11... I went in to have an xray done and the place was jammed... I was told it would be am hour and a half wait and if I want to go in earlier around 8, thats when the wait isn't so bad... How am I to know they open at 8, when it states right here on google that it opens at 11... I cannot afford to take an hour and a half of my work day for an xray, even if I do have pneumonia! The receptionist had a look of recognition that she had heard this before about the incorrect hours being posted, said "I don't know who put that up there but we need to look into that". The cml website was even worse for information as even with me typing in both my postal code and my parents one, the website was giving me clinics 300kms away from Ottawa... So frustrated and disappointed with the lack of any type of organization whatsoever!
