Dirt and woodchip ground cover with lots of shade trees and seating. Big area for full-speed chases and multiple staged entrances. Tricky to get to safely unless you go to Parliament and approach from the west along Adelaide or Richmond using designated crossings. No water fountains but there are bowls for thirsty dogs to share if you bring a bottle. Restrooms: No plumbing. No porta potties. Picnic area: It's a leash-free dog park, so please have lunch elsewhere. If your gets snatched, that's on you.
My dog loves this park. It is very well kept. Only complaint is there is no lights after it gets dark. Would suggest getting a collar or harness that lights up and bring a flash light. Still it deserves 5 stars for the amout of dogs that are always there for my dog to play with.
Great doggy park, but lacks a water fountain C'mon city of toronto
Same as the other review about this dog park under a different name.. it's not gravel which is great for downtown space, the owners are friendly and responsible. Lots of dogs for your pet to play with. This is one of our preferred parks
Not a bad dog park, although it's mostly wood chips and dirt, there are no lights and it's not too large. Also note that when the weather gets bad, the uneven surface can create large puddles.
The park is great, but I wish it were a bit bigger as there seems to be more dog fights due to lack of space to run around/away. The lights need to be brighter as well.
There's no water fountain and the park lights need to be replaced so its very dark at night. Also no crosswalk to get there so its VERY dangerous crossing the street. Be careful!
Love this dog park. Lots of room for your dog to run. The see great place for them to socialize and exercise. A hidden gem hidden downtown.
My dog loves this place. Great long field perfect for play time. Lots of diff dogs show up great place for dogs to socialize
Great spot for people who live downtown and own a dog. Usually lots of dogs there, especially between 5-7 pm on weekdays
