I used to be able to call each branch individually and get help immediately. Now they all have one number and it takes 20 minutes of loud, horrible elevator music before they answer. I could have driven down there faster.

The banker who helped setup my account was really funny and helpful. Also, OCCU, let's you create an account with as little as $5 and there's no annual fee!

Not a lot of expectations based on the strip mall location; particularly memorable for the run down location, the street facing ATM, and the rude customer service. 1/10, would not bank again.

Haven't had any problems with OCCU until I had to change my name after getting married. The first time, my new card never arrived and they couldn't tell me why. The second time, my new card still had my old name on it, even though I asked them to double check it for me before I left, and now I have to order it for a third time. It's taking three months for a process that should take 10 days.
