Been with them since I moved to Oregon about 8 years ago, and every time they pick up the phone, they sound as if they haven't done business before. I say I want to pay off a car with a cashier's check and get the title today, and they give me the third degree about if the check will be verifiable or not. I call the loans dept. and ask about if they will loan on an older car, and they have to put me on hold for 15 minutes to check while other banks/cred unions I call don't even put the phone down to give me the information. I call the corporate offices and get transferred to the loan dept. and they say I can't get my title today because the corporate offices close at 5. I call the corporate offices, get transferred to the OPERATOR and they close at 6. Don't they understand that this type of inconsistency will cost them my business? I'm giving them a 1 instead of a 0 because they are the only bank I've had any sort of loan through, and I can fathom that there are worse, somewhere, maybe BofA.

The people here are remarkably nice!!! They really live up to their name. I go to this location whenever I need anything that has to do with my account. They are the BEST!!!
