If I could, I wouldn't give this bank a single star. I hardly ever right reviews but the service of this bank is appalling. We have several accounts there including a business account and we will moving all of our money. They like to nickle and dime their customers and do not have a clue about customer service. Do not trust them with your money, there are far better choices out there. So glad we were already banking elsewhere before all this happened.

Went to this branch. Tellers acted like they were helping me. THEY LIED!!! Several weeks later discovered they had done NOTHING they said they would do! This almost resulted in my power being cut off; did cause my cable to be stopped. My home branch is excellent and trust worthy.

Terrible bank. Tons of hidden fees and they do everything they can to make it as hard as possible for you. I do not recommend this bank

Seem like nice people but worst customer serice I have ever seen at a bank! It seems the older the lady the ruder they get!
