Fantastic service right from the second I stepped into the dealership. This is my second go-around with Open Road Toyota Richmond. Definitely will not be the last. Can't say enough about this organization.

Great place. Very organized and good service. And I got a decent deal.

I recently purchased a PreOwned 4Runner which had an issue but was lucky enough to have Rocky Tian as my product advisor. He went above and beyond as a sales rep and worked with management to quickly rectify the issue. I cannot recommend him enough, thanks Rocky!

A Five-Star experience. Ta Chi Mao, the service supervisor has provided an outstanding and exceptional service. He put in the extra effort to make the process as easy as possible. Every staff was welcoming and helpful.  I would highly recommend Richmond Open Road Toyota for the best Toyota dealership!
