This was by far one of the best dealerships I had been to. Great experience here at Volkswagen Richmond Highly impressed by their friendly and lovely staff. I had the pleasure of getting Zoey as my brand specialist .She is polite and professional .She did a fantastic job! She helped with the full process of buying my vehicle, provide all the information I requested, from test driving to answering the questions. Special thanks for Kayla Director of finance who provided all the information I needed and patiently helped me, and explain all functions to me in details to ensure my purchase was stress free and had all my questions answered and l found the car that suited me. She is amazing. Moreover, big thanks to Jamie, the Business manager for explaining each and everything perfectly and being so friendly and efficient. I was extremely satisfied with her .Thanks for fantastic job. I would highly recommend working with them and purchasing car from this dealership.
Purchased this bae for my wife from this dealership. The salesman Alfred if I remembered correctly was super duper cool. Although I spent some time on the negotiating, their managers Wei and Billy finally made the numbers work. Wei and Billy respected my opinions well, we were chatting like friends rather than negotiation. Decent experience here, thumbs up for the sales team; and brought my wife’s aspiration to fruition.
Excellent sales experience. Marvin Ma is a very patient salesman. He helped us buy our favorite Taos 2022 and provided me with all the information needed to make an informed purchase. We are very satisfied with his service. He is very professional and patient. We will come back to find him again! There is also the services of Lina Alazzawie Business office manager.
Make sure to look for Leon Lin!! The most patient and knowledgeable sales person I have ever met! I actually don’t know a lot about cars but Leon is willing to spend time with me to go over what’s the best option for me. He is very professional and knows exactly what you need. He is also very caring and follows up with me after my purchase. I really appreciated Leon’s help and all the advice he gave me. Will definitely come back to him !
Very beautiful experience for getting a new car. Brand specialist Leon is very helpful, knowledgeable, and patient. Even though took half of his day, he tried to meet my budget and set everything ready perfectly! Finance manager Carmen is friendly and thoughtful. Throughout my first car dealership experience, it was fully satisfied. Definitely coming back and recommending this lovely place!
My experience at Volkswagen Richmond was nothing short of Amazing! They operate with complete transparency and they have a whole host of employees to tend to your every need. I found the staff to be friendly and helpful. My sales representative Alex was very on point, he as an underpromise and over deliver type of philosophy so you aren’t blindsided by anything you weren’t expecting, but I’d like to single out Lina Alazzawie who in my opinion was the MVP of the whole experience, her hard work professionalism and pleasant demeanor made the experience a positive and enjoyable one. In short Volkswagen Richmond isn’t Sam’s used car lot it’s a top tier dealership and I can trust all the information provided to me to be accurate and sincere. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking to purchase or lease a vehicle.
One of the best services I have received from any form of customer service experience. I came in on a Sunday afternoon and had to leave Vancouver on a Monday so I didn’t have time to wait around. Sama and Kim went above and beyond to accommodate for timing. They did everything they could to make sure that I was comfortable with my decisions and stayed around for another 3 hours after closing, while having the best attitude. I was able to get my car that day and leave the lot extremely happy. They have the best price in the game and I will be back for my next car.
VW Tiguan 2022 great car with great features and really affordable. Highline tream feels like high-end car level. Comfortline tream feels really cheap car it's really funny how the few thousand makes car incredibly different. Thanks to Zoey who was able to help me and really able to speak English in their shop, not like some of the employees Chinese only and she really helps a lot.
After being recommended this dealership by several of my friends, I had high hopes and am glad to say that I was not disappointed! My salesman Jimmy was extremely helpful and made everything a smooth process from start to finish. The sales managers were also very nice and I am so glad I came here to buy my first car.
It was indeed a great buyingsales & finance experience to own my VW Tiguan from Cowell. I wanted to give a special shoutout to Andrew Ha and Christina Duncan for making my end-to-end buying process really easy. Both of them were excellent in their lucid explanation, which is a must to make an informed purchase. I would highly recommend Cowell.
