Didn’t purchase my VW with them but they still provide me with excellent and better service than where I bought the car from on Main st Vancouver. When it comes to sending the car in for services or repairs, service staffs are super friendly, very patient and really tried to help me out, thank you Sam.

They recommended me to buy a third year service for my one year old car which would have easily cost me much more than a one year service. I just needed services that suited my car. Luckily I was smart enough to decline this unreasonable offer. It tested my determination but I liked it.

I recently had my car Golf R serviced with Jon Fishman at Cowell, and I've never had such a good experience at a dealership before. Absolutely outstanding customer service, communication, and a high standard of work. Thanks for taking such good care of your customers!
