I bought both my cars here. I would say for convenience it's nice to do the one stop shopping there.  Each dealership will have its uniqueness. Some newer and older. The Toyota dealership where I bought a Sienna minivan is quite new.  It's easy to go from one spot to another through their round about.  There's also a free shuttle that takes people to landsdown mall and Richmond centre that comes with about an hours frequency.  In terms of people taking cars out to test drive. The surrounding area isn't too bad. They tend to take you to some decent straight aways and lots that tend to have lots of space.

This review is purely for the lack of facilities at Richmond Automall.  There are barely any food or beverage selections and no vending machines. Many clients come here to get their cars serviced and can be sitting here for hours. How do you not have any food/drink options. Also, the lack of working spaces for laptops is extremely inconsiderate.  Staff at the dealerships are perfectly nice.

Staffs are sincerely. After purchasing, I sometimes ask questions about the car, the answers are accurately. William Fu is always nice. Thank you.

Clean and tidy customers lounge. Their coffee tasted great I had their mocha. Internet speed was fast and they had a tv to tell you the status of your vehicle. Overall a place to spend 2 hours of your life waiting for service.

Awesome place to shop for a car, from luxury brand like Mercedes and Audi, to economy brand such as Hyundai, Toyota and Honda. Really convenient if you are cross shopping between different brands.

Every dealership is like a family here, I don’t feel so much competition between the dealerships as I have many buddies in different car stores here. Feels tight and quick to drive through the whole Automall. However, there are all kinds of facilities around the mall, except for the food place!!! The hot dog truck is feeding half of the Automall, no matter if you believe or not haha.

Buy Toyota , any trade in , out of stock , if u have a hot used car trade in , they will low ball . And …… very sad…. Dnt buy Toyota and Lexus , go for Honda

This place you can find a beautiful car that you want. They are very nice also

Top customer service! We traded in our vehicle for a nice car here : we spent long hours at the dealership on a busy Saturday, had hundreds of questions but Daniel, Sam and Macke were very patient and provided tons of advises. Sales here are very professional and knowledgeable. They stand on customer's side and really trying to get you the best deal. We also received a follow up call the next day as they want to make sure there is no issue on setting up our new Tesla. Thank you team amazing!!

Eric helped us to get to know about SELTOS 2023 and have a test drive. He was very polite, resourceful and helpful, and I am grateful for his service.
