Had a fantastic experience with OpenRoad Hyundai Richmond! Great service and didn't feel pressured into anything. Very relaxed atmosphere. Dealt with Grant and couldn't have asked for anything better - very personable and went above and beyond. Thanks again!

The sales team I got to work with was fantastic.  Jason and Quentin were very helpful and answered all my questions. Anna was great to deal with organizing the financing.  I haven't had the chance to take the car for servicing yet, but I am sure they will be as good as the sales team.  Overall a very positive experience Thanks.

Inconsistent service level, promised to have my car washed after service was performed but did not materialize! Previous service was done more satisfactorily, but this major service turned out to be lacklustre!

We would like to thank Mikaella for her superb customer service! She was extremely patient and helpful with my various questions regarding the different services to be performed. Thanks again Mika!
