I have been going to Richmond Land Rover for a years. Really good service - both customer service and the work that was done. Came to collect and drop my car off for me, all the work was done at a competitive price and they even returned my car cleaner than when it left! and very friendly team outstanding. Especially Paul he is very honest and reliable. I’m very happy with their work and their commitment. Thank you Paul and your team for outstanding work. Definitely recommend.

If you want your car parked in a cemetery and returned to you smelling like a curry house Paul of Richmond Land Rover is the guy to call. Nothing is ever a fast turnaround and you'll get more questions than answers. I urge you to read all reviews of this place before going anywhere near it. To say this garage is bent doesn't even touch the sides. Buyer beware. Should be deported imo.

I met Paul and his team about 8 months ago, as I had some basic questions servicing both a Range Rover Vogue and Defender 110.  This is a fantastic operation and the staff is very knowledgeable.  They've done a fantastic job servicing my older Defender 110.  They told me what I do and don't need to address, along with order of priority.  The technology and quoting system they use is very straight forward.  They've been on time and under budget with repairs.  Very fair with pricing and great with communication in terms of what was repaired, etc.  I would definitely recommend this shop.

Richmond Land Rover Specialist Service is the trusted business that provided my Range Rover VRS service!  My father always took our cars to Richmond Land Rover because of their excellent, professional, highly intellectual expertise in our diverse models and Land Rover products.  For the past 5 years I have relied on & used their wonderful repairs myself, and with such friendly customer service of Paul and his team, I will always trust the work to be done properly.  The prices are reasonable and reasonable.  I still appreciate & appreciate the excellent auto repair shop like Richmond Land Rover Expert!  When it was over, it was exactly done!  Best wishes to them and many more years !!!

Picked it up for a check up and returned it to me in this state. Remarkable. Does management really approve of this?

I bought car from her I deal with paul he give me faulty car and i call him back to fix my car because car had 1 year warranty He took my car 3 times and brought back with no fixed each time he hold for 5 weeks and didn’t fixed and he was keep using my car for his business And he keep lying and he charged me £250 extra he said he don service to it. But i took car to Range rover they confirmed this car hasn’t been serviced and oil and filter are very bad condition And after 9 months having problems with my car and this garage didn’t fix it I reported them to my finance company and after investigation i had all prove Case came on my way and car been rejected to finance and I had got my money back And I advise everyone please be very careful of this company and specially paul.

Don't take your car here I promise you this guy is bent they try tell me it will cost me £700 to replace a part. Then after they said they cleaned it out by driving my car around for 3 hours

Lovely people to deal with, Paul was fantastic and kept me up to date with all developments and progress. I had a really serious issue with the car ,more exactly changing the timing chain and the job was done exceptionally,my car is running like a butterfly.This is my first Range Rover, so feel very reassured that Richmond Land Rover Specialist will look after us both for many years to come! Thank you.

My Range Rover Sport was delivered to this garage having broken down on a Wednesday afternoon, the team led by Paul diagnosed the problem & with excellent comms via Ravi, I was able to collect my repaired car the very next day. Excellent service, would gladly recommend.
