Olga's Kitchen

Came in to get a table, several tables were open yet they told us there was a 5-10min wait. When we ordered I asked if they had unlimited soup and salad and Olivia, our server, said that they did. When I asked for a second bowl she brought me a cup and charged an extra .49 cents for that. And right away brought us the bill. My boyfriend ordered seasoned curly fries and he didn’t receive any seasoning on his fries. In addition, she brought my soup and salad way earlier than his food. I was able to finish my soup and half of my salad by the time his food came.

I went here with my family. My son really liked it. He had the kid's Olga hot dog and the orange cream cooler. My wife and I had the original Olga. It was okay, but reasonably priced. The service was good.

Love this Olga's Kitchen! Place is always clean, staff are always friendly and helpful, and the angus steak burger with Greek fries are the BEST! I recommend for those who haven't tried Olga's Kitchen to come check it out!

First I want to say that I have been serving for 17 years. I have worked in every kind of business in Michigan, Vegas and Clearwater beach Florida. I saw a sign up saying we’re hiring and we only hire the best. Now, I waited 5 mins for the lady in front of me to be seated. Then waited another almost 10 mins. It’s not even close to being busy. They had messed up on a carry out and I’m guessing the lady in the red was the manager fixing the order which I know this happens. But what made me leave is that I wasn’t even spoke to. The other server up at the register/other server who walked past me at least5 times who looked at me but said nothing. And of course the manager didn’t even say it will be just one minute. Now most places I’ve worked at we allllll would of been in trouble. It wasn’t even busy and I seriously hate to see Christmas time in there when it is busy. If someone would of at least acknowledged the fact I was standing there I probably wouldn’t of had such an issue with it but coming from a server you know getting costumers to come is the goal. And because I had my 11 month old some with me I probably would of tipped 100% because I know what it’s like to clean up after a baby and where here at least 3 days a week for play dates at the play area. The guys at pretzel wetzel’s was way more socialable then anyone there.

I had to stop eating here when I worked at Briarwood because the service was so slow. Pretty much every time I came here I was late going back to work because they just couldn't get the food out. Food was always decent, but just not worth the wait.
