Very disappointed. Falls the old trap of when business starts get good, they lowered the quality for more profit. Hope they would address it soon.

Handmade noodles are excellent and was really impressed with the dumplings, good pork used not grisly at all. Tried the shredded potatoes as a side and found it had similar dressing to the cold skin noodles. Note: order spicy or very spicy, dishes are flavorful but not hot otherwise. TL;DR... New favorite Xi'an food

Good food for good prices. We had the hand pulled noodles with braised beef and the spicy pork soy sauce noodles. The service was slow, that was the only downside

It's not real Shanxi style. Taste like Cantonese food

Good noodles, especially the hand pulled ones with sour and spicy pork. All I ever had there was decent, but the variety is pretty limited.
