Wendy's

Enjoyed a late afternoon pick-me-up with a large Frostee iced cream cup. The only drawback was a young woman, who seemed to be the manager, only stationing one person for three cash register positions during a very busy time and ignoring that there were consistently five or more customers waiting in the line to get their orders placed and leave (as it was around 3:30PM+) and they were anxiously wanting to go to work for their evening shifts. There were also some behind the counter talking in their own culture's language as the group is very homogeneous in origin. This seems a counter-productive decision. The new design for the eating area is bright, naturally lit by high windows, and well-planned new seating area. As usual, the standard food offerings are classic Wendy's and therefore satisfying and tasty. I'll go there again.

Spacious dinning area. Foods are cheap. For a fast foods channel you can't expect too much about the foods quality. The large cup of chilli I ordered only costs two dollar something, and tasted actually not bad. Staff worked fast. It use to have homeless people staying there during the night. I think it's kind of normal for that location, especially with this rainy and chilli weather.

I love Wendy's because it's usually fast and cheap. But the service was incredibly slow and they got my order wrong so they had to remake it. It was good it just took a really long time.

It was once a good place to dine with friends but last week I was not impressed. For starters both washrooms were a complete mess because toilets were not properly cleaned and of course they're broken. There's also a broken wall to top it off. Second was the wifi. I have been trying to get internet access at this place for several hours and so far I have been disconnected in the end. Lastly the food and service. After making an order it took me nearly about 15 minutes to wait and the food was completely oily and greasy giving me a hard time to digest everything. Here's the solution, renovate the washrooms, and re train the workers.

Always extremely efficient at the drive-thru window, great if you're in a rush. Staff are sweet.
