Was pleasantly surprised by the lovely interior design. Sula's food is excellent, the prices are very affordable, and the portions are filling. It has quickly become my favourite Indian restaurant in Vancouver thus far and I can't wait to go back. I highly recommend the onion ring appetizer (they actually look more like little onion blobs, but absolutely delicious). However, I doubt you could go wrong with any menu item. One of the dessert items didn't disclose that it had almonds on it, which should be changed to account for people with allergies.

I discovered this place when I lived just off Commercial Drive. I would order from here every week or so like clockwork. Needless to say the delivery staff got to know me. Eventually I had to move due to renovations in my building my last meal as a Drive resident was there. I ended up in New Westminster (40 mins away) and found nothing as good as Sula out there. And so every two weeks I drive into Vancouver for a takeout order from the BEST, most amazingly mouthwatering Indian restaurant I’ve ever had the fortune of finding. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ not stars because even though I moved away they still remember me every time I go in.

I came to Sula couple times with my friends for lunch and dinner - and we all loved it!! It has a stylish authentic interior with warm lighting; food is really delicious and rich in flavour and spices. And service was friendly and fast! Will come back again and definitely recommend it!

Hands down!! My favorite restaurant in Vancouver!! This place has good energy! Waterfalls, candle lights, mantras you get the whole experience. The food is delicious!! Traditional, authentic and diverse flavors. Tasty chai tea and great cocktail menu! The service is fantastic! The staff are super friendly and attentive!!

We came to this lovely establishment on a tuesday night. There were a lot of people there but we still got a table right away. Trickling waterfalls and a bevy of gracious curtains made for unbelievable atmosphere. Our sage-like aussie server was outstanding in her knowledge of the fine wine and diverse menu on offer. Definitely coming back!
