Went in to look at a new machine and picked up the Jura S8. We were really impressed with how knowledgeable they were and the service. We'll be going here for all our coffee needs.
Took a while 7 minutes to get a staff member who can make coffee. Excellent, superior quality coffee - without added sugar! - for a reasonable price, $3 for 12 oz latte.
I've been tremendously happy for years! They are reliably quick on their orders - I never have to stock too many beans nor have I had any delays that left me coffee-less for even a day.
Ordered my beans on Dec. 16th and still waiting Jan 5th. Called and asked for assistance. The response was weak at best. Decided to to a review and found that they deleted it. Trying to support small businesses but it hard to justify this long wait after spending that kind of money.
