Ups feels like home to me. I've shipped off some of my most prized possessions there and they were so understanding and very accommodating for me and my busy son. The girls in the Twin falls store are the best they deserve win the best store of the year
UPS worst shipping company ever. Last week got package just fine, here in Jackpot. This week I don't exist, major problems. They closed their center in Twin and rely on local business's to do their work. And phone, customer service is in India. So local business, you picked being a part of the worst company ever. You get the reviews to go with them. Sorry... :
I drive 45 min to this location because of the excellent customer service i receive here. The girls are all so friendly and professional! I’m always greeted the moment I walk through the door. And if I ever run into an issue the girls are all so quick to help me resolve the problem.
I use the UPS store in Nampa all the time and love the service and staff there but this store in Twin Falls has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. The staff are cold and don’t greet you. When I was missing copies I emailed to them, the girl helping me didn’t say one word. She turned and walked away to the back room. I didn’t even know if she was helping me. Then she printed 2 copies of 11 pages I sent and when I told her I didn’t order 2 copies, she said yes you did and I can prove it. I saw that I had accidentally emailed it twice to the store so she printed it twice. My mistake but she was rude and her choice in her words was insulting and uncalled for. I will never use this store again. There is a mail center just a few blocks from this store that know how to treat customers.
Worst shipping company on the planet. Constantly charging me $5.99 to hold my packages and delivering them anyway well into the evening. Like 6/7/8/9 PM. Amazon has their own services, how are you still this bad at deliveries?
