O'koe Space

A lot of nice juice mixtures here. Had the dragonfruit tea and it was very refreshing. A tone of dragonfruit pulp, I was guaranteed to have some in every sip, which was a nice change. Love the look of the place as it’s a different look to the other bbt places. This was a bright blue and gold theme, which was nice and different. It a big selection of drinks, but I think you can’t go wrong with getting one of the fruit infused drinks. Would definitely say to give it a go if you’re in the area. Got the Okoe bubble tea and Okoe fruit tea and both of them were so yummy. The milk tea is super smooth and the fruit tea is super refreshing. What’s even better than the drinks, are their cups. They are of amazing quality, not like the typical thin plastic cups from other places. I go for bubble tea in this plaza every week and I think this is my new favourite :

Commerce Gate is home to over half-a-dozen bubble tea shops it still blows my mind and Okoe Space set a home there as well, some time during the pandemic. It did not go unnoticed as it has been on my list of places to try! Though the color may have you guessing otherwise, the drink I ordered was a PEACH YAKULT! Unlike most yakult drinks from other venues, this beverage comes as a slush. At $7 for a regular-size, I thought, "damn this better be good" fun fact, get 30% off with the @myfod app! If you're looking for a strong presence of yakult-flavor, you might be disappointed. However, Okoe Space impressed me with their strong tea-base, making a preset 100% sugar drink, not too much of a sugar overload for someone who is very particular about it. In addition, the drink was not too icy another criticism I typically have about slushes as too much ice washes out flavor and made for an interesting texture, especially when you get some aloe in the mix of your sip. The drinks were really refreshing! I went during their buy one get the second 50% off, but I think at regular price it’s a little overpriced. There isn’t too much seating here either.

The tapioca is not fresh. Really Hard to chew. And the brown sugar is too sweet. Need to adjust the sweet level.

Decided to try this place on a whim since I saw that their daily special looked like a great deal. I also ordered brown sugar milk tea. It's a very cute little spot and I love the decor and the environment. Their packaging is very well thought out and I love the design. The taste of the bubble tea itself I felt was a bit bland in terms of what I ordered I felt like it was more just milk then actual brown sugar. I will try it again another time to try out their other menu items

Went last night to get a fruit tea and milk tea. The staff told me they were out of normal tapioca so they offered to put brown sugar boba in the tea. The boba was so hard I had to throw them all out and only drink the tea. The fruit tea was fine. I hope the business can make sure the toppings are edible before they sell it.

Just got here right as they were closing up. The worker was nice enough to stay late I felt really bad but she completed my order anyways. It's my first time trying this place and I must say that the drinks I got are very refreshing and deliciousl. Thanks for great drinks. Definitely will be returning again for different drinks. if you haven't tried this place, it's a must ...

An exciting new bubble tea addiction to the commerce gate plaza. Really liked the interior design of the space, fresh and modern. Tried the fruit tea and cheese dragonfruit tea, amazed how much fresh fruit they put into the drink, really nice. Overall a cozy little place worth trying and you will like it.

We ordered 2 bubble teas from this place and the tapioca was not cooked at all. While we were ordering it took us 5 mins for one drink because it was either cheese or no cheese. They kept on repeating the same question whil we gave the same answer. Also the tea was ok, I had better.
