The bubble tea is good. But the customer service was so poor today...the girl who served me was extremely rude. Puts me off from coming back here. There are tons of other good bubble tea places that have much better customer service.

I love their Oreo cheese milk tea. This place is very beautiful from inside and i see many people taking pictures with the highly decorated flower walls and bears.

Looks good. But the drink itself is worse than my expectation. Used to buy this mango drink from the midland location. The white pearl is way too hard to be chewed today. It is seriously firm like rubber. Maybe its been stored in fridge for too long. This should not happen to a franchise brand.
