Love this place! Really underrated and deserves more attention! I ordered a bowl of Taiwanese popcorn chicken and it was only around 6 dollars, while other places I’ve been to would usually sell them for $9-$10. I didn’t order their drink, but I saw them having a $2.75 deal on some of the drinks. Definitely going to give them a try in the future.The lady was really friendly and even gave me a piece of candy as a new year gift. The wait time was short probably because the place is really underrated but people!! Don’t judge a place by its appearance, sometime you can actually find a little comfort place for yourself :

3.5/5 Green mango slush $4 was a bit too sweet and artificial tasting. Popcorn chicken bento box was decent but not the best I’ve eaten, a little bland. The tofu was great however! Good portion size and inexpensive. Cash only and no tax.

Have been ordering from Lead De Tea for years. The owners are so nice and they serve authentic Taiwanese drinks and food. Their prices are very reasonable and their meals are tasty. Today we got the watermelon drink. It is made from fresh watermelon and is not too sweet or frothy. Very refreshing and hit the spot. In the past we have had this popcorn chicken dinner which is very good. Their bbt drinks are good too.

I’n always making a B-line for this place whenever I’m in this mall. There’s not too many places that I can think of that would offer fresh watermelon juice. Its always refreshing! Comes sealed on top if don’t want to drink it immediately Find me on Instagram @aida.loves

100% better drinks and price than the ones next to this place. Me and my sister get bubble tea and red apple green tea for drinks and TW chicken nugget for afternoon tea. Taste perfectly well!

One of the older bubble tea stores at First Markham Place. I have been going to this place for over 10 years and their pricing hasn't changed much during that time, which is good. They have a lot of varieties in terms of bubble tea and they also serve food which is a bonus. Their bubble tea has been pretty consistent and it is consistently good. Whenever I am in the area, I always stop by there. It is worth it.

One of my favorite spot since high school! They used to be at the corner beside lottery booth. Best price with quality food! And the owner is friendly, it's nice to see them again at fmp.

Best prices..the value is like no other. I've been coming here for years. The family working here are kind and attentive. This isn't on the level of Chatime or Gongcha. This is my comfort bbt place. My go to is taro slush, with pearls and lychee jelly

I got the honeydew bubble tea and I cannot overstate how good it was. Easily the best bubble I've ever had. Wish I got it in large lol

Milk tea with tapioca is only $2 and really good! The people running it are super nice too. I like the peach tea with tapioca
