Good price, good service, good taste! What more could you ask for? I originally wanted to go to PresoTea across the food court but the line was way too long. Took the opportunity to try someplace new and I'm so glad I did! My mom was very fascinated by the purple part of our Purple Lychee Oolong and the staff who took my order explained to us what it was. The prices are very affordable - no drink costs more than $4.50 regular size, they're mostly $4. Wasn't too sweet and not too much ice. Their cups are also very cute. Will definitely be coming back!!

This is becoming one of my go-to places for bubble tea in First Markham Place's food court as they have very decent prices, with some drinks including tapioca for less than 5 dollars. Both the milk teas and fruit tea are delicious. I think my biggest issue is that only one person runs the place by herself, making one drink at a time. So whether there is or isn't anyone ordering before me, it always takes about 10 minutes for 2 drinks.

Excellent iced coffee! Gave it a try since they are new to the first markham place food court and was pleasantly surprised.

Very disappointed with the brown sugar milk tea. Tapioca wasn't cooked and it tasted like watered down milk. It was definitely not worth the $6 that they are charging. For the price, go anywhere else.

Their house iced coffee was good, tasted like Vietnamese iced coffee. We were pleasantly surprised to see that they used frozen coffee as ice cubes, which wouldn't dilute the coffee flavour.

Really creative and unique flavours - my favourite is the rose oolong with cheese. Tapioca was made perfectly.

I believe service is more important than products. Greeted by great smile. Ordered coffee and it's made with real coffee
