When it come to authentic food, this place delivers. Run by a 30 year experience noodle chef expert. She used to do this in China before living in Saskatoon. Knife cut or hand cut noodles are the way to go, different unique and delicious flavors and the portions are big enough for a hungry person or leave leftovers for next day. Because of a multitasking staff, and take out business, service might not be as tighty as you are used to in other restaurants but please be patient... it is worth it!

A wonderful family ran restaurant, I love the fact that they make their own hand pulled noodles. The noodles may not look as appealing as factory processed ones because they might be slightly thicker etc BUT they taste amazing and are totally worth going for!

I have been hearing about this noodle house for quite some time now and I finally got to experience it. Let me just say that I said "Wow" more times in that hour than I did in my entire life exaggeration intended. The food was simply amazing. And the owner lady was kind, energetic, and so welcoming. When she came to know that I like my food hot, she even made sure to wait till I was back from the washroom to serve it. Quite a high level of food quality and hospitality, and I cannot recommend this place enough!

Great hidden gem for eating Chinese noodles! Get any of the wide or hand ripped noodles in a soup broth and you'll be transported to a mom and pop shop in China. My favorite side dish is the black fungus in spicy sauce to pair with my noodles.Food: 5/5

I had the beef braised soup with thick noodles. The broth was so good! I loved the texture of the noodles and the flavour of everything. The prices are very very reasonable. My partner had the spicy seafood noodles and he liked then even more than my soup. It is a wonderful addition to my favourite restaurant list.

Fantastic experience and great food. Used the order ahead feature and picked up when i worked for me. Ordered the Spring Rolls and the Shanxi Hand-Ripped noodles with Minced Pork. Both dishes were fantastic, will definitely be eating there again. Can't wait to try other options.

Easily one of the best restaurants in Saskatoon! The food is incredibly tasty, and is certainly seemingly more authentic in flavour. Their specialities from the Shanxi province are packed with full spices. I have never had a dish here that I didn't enjoy. Definitely a must try!

The soup is too salty We ordered braised pork rib noodles But they put porkchop instead so chewy and gummy. We informed them that it was too salty i cant even eat it. They just apologize and gave our bill. I definitely not coming in this restaurant again. Waste of our money.

Delicious Chinese restaurant serving Shanxi regional cuisine. While the service is a bit lacking, the food is phenominal! The pulled pork pancake was amazing; so tender and juicy! The braised pork intestine soup with knife cut noodles was a great choice. They seemed intrigued and surprised that someone else would like to try offal, but I enjoy it and so this dish was a great one. The broth was so flavourful and rich, while the noodles were perfectly cooked and had a great bite to them. My wife had the chicken curry knife cut noodles guess I didn't take a picture of them... and wow! Packed with flavour! Will definitely be back to try everything else on the menu!
