I love this clinic! It is an excellent place, the doctors, and all staff are great! The manager Nancy is a very, very nice lady. She goes above and beyond to make sure the place runs smoothly. And she actually talks to the patients and makes them feel comfortable. What a change from my previous experiences. I will be coming back!

Went in because I felt like swallowing glass this has been going on for 4 days and my 4 year old said her ear hurt .DR looked at my daughters ear and didn’t even ask me anything then left the room before I could even ask why he didn’t look at me. as I was in the room already with my daughter would have taken 1 min to look.They open at 10 Dr wasn’t event there till after well after 11 seems productive and on top of all that they have booked appointments on Sunday when there one of the only few to be open on Sunday’s . This is why people going and plugging up emergency rooms cause of incompetent medi centres worst experience and now I have to go again to a DR to get antibiotics.worst experience poor staff

There is something wrong with Dr. Lawrence Kitwanda here. Went for an appointment had to wait 40 minutes Was in a bad car accident. Given pain meds that ran out, not able to see family doctor for a week. Saw him only for him to write me a “new” prescription for an anti-inflammatory I already had. He lied about what he prescribed me too. Refused to renew my prescription for pain medicine despite it running out. Told him I already have the anti-inflammatory only for him to say “no you don’t” showed him proof then he says “oh well”. He didn’t even read my file. Useless doctor Told him he wasted my time. He says I wasted his. Useless. Now I’m sitting here in chronic pain

This is not based on one bad experience, this review is based on years of bad experiences from myself and loved ones. I wish I could give this clinic a 0. Dr. Kuganathan is either incompetent or has totally checked out. I used to stress about going to the doctor. Now that I go to a caring and compassionate doctor, I realize that it caring for yourself can be an enjoyable experience. None of the doctors at this clinic take mental health struggles or disabilities seriously. Especially Dr. Kuganathan. She either fills out $200 forms wrong on purpose or due to negligence. They have no knowledge/support aside from prescribing opioids when those drugs are clearly not needed.

The poor service that I receive from this place is consistent. 1st incident, I would schedule a phone call appointment for a certain time ex. within 6pm-7pm and I would get a call at 4pm. Don't give me a timeframe if you're not going to stick to it and end up calling whenever you want. 2nd incident, I'd call to get my prescription faxed to a certain pharmacy. They don't send the FULL prescription I needed 2 medications, AND they would send to the wrong pharmacy location. Waste of my time going to pick up a prescription that isn't even at the right location. Careless. 3rd incident, I called and asked to book an appointment with a doctor. I was told that they're fully booked, which is understandable, so I proceeded to ask what the walk-in timeframe was. I was told 9am-7pm for the following day. The following day, I arrive at 2pm and I was told that they don't accept walk-ins until 4:15pm. There was NO sympathy from the receptionist at the desk when I was there, which is ridiculous as their colleague clearly gave the wrong information. This is extremely frustrating as I am in enough pain and in need to see a doctor, and don't need the additional stress. Had the receptionist give me the correct information when I called, I wouldn't be in this inconvenient situation. Please ensure your team is on the same page in all aspects. Been going here for years, I've given the benefit of the doubt many times, and I've had enough. Going elsewhere who doesn't have such a CARELESS and UNSYMPATHETIC team.

This place is a complete joke. Dr Lawrence kitwanda is very unprofessional dr. Cancel peoples appointments while they are in the waiting area. Has schedule appointments set for certain times. Patient shows up only to find out he's wont be back until such and such time. When you ask the front desk how much longer you get ur appointments isn't until tomorrow. When you say no it wasn't it was for today. They look go. Yeah sorry someone cancelled it.. we can reschedule you for 2 weeks from now. Do research on this dr. He has several bad complaints about him. Save yourself the time and drive. Seek a good dr. You'll end up sitting for 15hr in emergency.

My partner went to this clinic for over a year, and was feeling discriminated against by Dr. Kuganathan due to their mental health issues. When my partner confronted her about this, Dr. Kuganathan told them to find a new general practitioner. We have filed an official complaint to the CPSA, as such behaviour from our medical professionals is absolutely abhorrent.

The worst Clinic ever. Waited for 3 hours and had multiple people go in before and they showed up after me without an appointment. Asked multiple times how long and they said shortly. I’m surprised this place is still in business with the all bad reviews it has.

Terrible place to go to. We made an appointment for 2pm and did not get to see the doctor till 3:05pm. Seems to make no difference whether you have an appointment or walk in here. Would not recommend anyone to go here

I went in to see a doctor as I called before and walk ins were welcome. When I got there they said they were fully booked up for walk ins this was 8:50am. The funny thing was the waiting room was empty. The staff at the desk were so RUDE . I will never be going back to this place and will not recommend it to anyone.
