there's a long wait time even though you have an appointment still you have to wait for good 1 hour or more.docters and staff are good but wait time is horrible

I was given a prescription for a medication to mix with current meds I am on. The mixture is NOT approved by the FDA and the medication is NOT used to treat my disorder. I did not fill the prescription. I will never come back, do not see Dr Benmuktar.

Horrible service by receptionist. Not happy with my experience at this clinic and I am a regular patient. I believe I will look for another doctor.

Waited for 2 hours even i told them my grandma is sick. She was unable to sit. Receptionist was helping her other known patients. Its hard for sick patient to wait so sick .

Dr. Marta is a wonderful doc. We drive from downtown to see her. Cheryl at the desk is great. Otherwise, its touch and go with the desk staff. Sometimes, they are not friendly. The pharmacy is great and friendly. You don't need an appointment. I make one anyways though.

Worse ever mediclinic walk in needs u to wait morethan 2 hours they didnt care if u waiting that long will never come back and never recomended

Book for an appointment but when i get there no doctor staff is unsure. Feel so bad for the old lady with a cane who waits for so long and theres no doctor on winter time.
