NK'MIP Resort

Our first visit to Osoyoos was amazing mostly thanks to the beautiful Spirit Ridge Resort! Beautiful location, amazing artwork, on - site winery, pools, friendly staff... just amazing. Special shout out to the staff and everyone being so friendly and helpful. I have to say having breakfast is a must. Food is delicious. Maybe the best in town. We will be back!

Gorgeous location, nicely appointed rooms, It was a three time ask once at check in, once in person the following day, and a follow up phone call on the final evening to extend check out by one hour, which is a standard request most hotels grant easily with notice. We were given the extra hour in the end but it seemed strange to have to persist with the request during shoulder season when the hotel was not at all crowded. The housekeeping staff and poolside staff were lovely though, and I would happily return to Spirit Ridge for the location alone. It was my birthday celebration and the hotel kindly arranged for a card and chocolates in the room which was very kind.

at the end of a long month of holidays, three weeks filled with family my 96 year-old mother and I decided we wanted just to get away for 3-4 days to decompress after a very, very busy time, We chose spirit Ridge. we had travelled in from the Fraser valley leaving about 1230 so we arrived here about 430 4:45 check-in was at 4 o’clock. Our room was not ready upon reservation. I had indicated I was coming with my 96-year-old mother with a walker and Wheel Chair they gave us a villa with 19 steps going up, obviously was not a suitable for us. We opted for another room which we had to wait an additional 20 minutes half hour for it to be cleaned. We were checked in the villa. It was well after six and we were exhausted the manager Jayesh was amazing he tried everything to accommodate their shortcomings, including us allowing to cancel the remainder of our stay opting to find a different place. He complemented us with a free breakfast and a bottle of wine, which was nice after getting some food and maybe a good night sleep. I said things might look different to my mother in the morning. Let’s see ….it was OK overpriced in my opinion certainly not worth $800 a night for the limited view.nIt’s a great place for family with kids or a mobile couple interested in wine tasting - not a great place for individuals with mobility issues.nwe shall make the most of it however I do not anticipate coming back.

Attended multiple stags here and every one was incredible. This resort is so good to their guests! They were pretty tactical with their placement of our group as we obviously would not a have jived beside a family with any young children. Either way the place is beautiful and a great place for bigger groups to let loose!

Wonderful stay. Fabulous location with amazing views. The room was spacious and comfortable. We had a corner room with a wrap around balcony. The food was delicious and the staff was really friendly and helpful. Would definitely return.
