Best Western Plus Sunrise Inn

We spend nearly 5 months as Snowbirds at the hotel. The staff are excellent and do everything they can to make your stay comfortable. There were some challenges this year with renovations taking place but staff did their best in the situation. Enjoyed being able to use the pool and to have activities in the breakfast room for all the snowbirds. Overall - excellent experience.

We spent 4 nights and three days at the BW Sunrise in March as a get away for my wife and I. Excellent attentive staff. Other guests mostly snow birds from Alberta, Saskatchewan and Manitoba were easy going. Nice comfortable clean room. Very good continental breakfast in the mornings. Flexible maid service for the room. Very nice clean roomy parking lot. Attached Restaurant had an excellent menu and the food was well presented and excellent taste at a decent price. You should stay here.

We went in the winter and this was the only hotel with a pool that was actually open. The room was clean and pretty standard. It was extremely cold in the entire building, and we had to crank the heat up in our room. All the staff were very friendly. I was happy about what they were offering for breakfast compared to other hotels, this one had the best selection. I'd stay again.

Great hotel. Rooms are updated and clean. A few blocks from the lake. Great if in town for business. Good WiFi in room. Breakfast was great with hot and cold choices, plus gluten free bread upon request.

Great hotel. We went in the off season. Some minor renos going on, but no big deal. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. We had one issue come up and hotel staff dealt with it seriously and promptly. Grateful for that. The included breakfast is quite good. Bacon and eggs or sausage and eggs along with everything else you would expect. Kids loved the waffles. This place is right next door to a fun park that looks really cool. Only open in the spring and summer. Will have to come back.
