Nita is very good at what she does from an esthetician's standpoint...as a business owner...it is very challenging to get ahold of her and I called a week out to schedule an appointment multiple times. I am very disappointed because it feels like I have to work so hard to find her. I have even had my mom try to go to her place on my behalf to book an appointment. This has been an issue in my experience as someone who has been a client of hers for 15 years. I hate to put a bad review but at this point I think this is the only way she would call me back. I have not been a bad customer, I have referred people to her. I just wish she recognized the stress that it is on a client's end to feel like I have to chase you down.

Never ever answers calls. I called soOo many times on different days and different times, left several voice messages but never got a reply. I finally gave up on her and found someone better.
