Writing this review from out front the store right now that's how disgusted I am. Blonde woman was absolutely rude when I mentioned my 5 year old son wanted a haircut and sighed and insisted it would be a 45 minute wait. There was one person waiting and I arrived the minute it opened. It's almost like she wanted me to leave. Her tone and attitude was completely rude and the opposite of friendly. I do not recommend getting a hair cut here.
Called here today to book an appoint for my regular stylist, but I was told that she’s on vacation until next week. She has been my stylist for many years now, so it was upsetting to me to hear this other stylist talk badly, disrespectfully and degrading about my stylist. Every time I’ve been in the salon Christine has always lacked professionalism from the way she speaks, dresses and communicates to clients. On top of all of this when I wanted to book to get my hair coloured Christine out of no where told me that they apparently don’t have the colour I needed to do my hair. From the way I was treated today it honestly discourages me from wanting to return to this establishment.
I went in for a wash and straighten and it was one of the most awful experiences of my life. Took two hours for a very standard job. After it was all done my hair was broken and damaged. How does that even happen? Not to mention I had to step over other peoples cut hair laying all over the floor to get to my seat and the place was very dirty. Considering I only came here bc it was a last minute and resort ... I thought they could handle something so simple. The women are not presentable or experienced to cut let alone color hair. The place needs to be shut down.
Showed up 30 minutes before close and I was rudely rushed away. I was told by two females that they weren't allowed to take any more customers in. I explained that it wouldn't take long, just needed a quick 5 minute undercut buzz. Very rudely I was responded with "no, sorry. We don't take appointments or customers past 7:30" Waste of time and gas just to deal with extremely rude service providers. Never again.
Went to get my hair cut and styled in September. Cheryl was amazing, being going to see her since then. Going again today.
They always do a great job on my son's hair! Cheryl and Geeta forgive spelling are wonderful. Great value!
Awful service. She just wants to get you out of their and take your money asap. No attention given to details, just buzz snip and get out of here, we want to get the next customer in line.
I walked in and everyone ignored me, I asked if I should come back later and one chick looked at me but didn't say anything ... am I invisible? Anyway, I just left.
Took my boys to get a haircut and the lady did an excellent job!
Only 1 or 2 of the employees can give a half decent brush cut.
