Hair Illusions

I had an experience with the owner. She right off the top said Do you want the same colour as dark as my hair. I said no. When I told her my natural hair colour is brown and I wanted a colour in between my 1 ½ inch long dark brown roots and the current ash-colour done by another hairdresser, she coloured it the same colour as her hair. She said keep washing it and it will fade to a lighter colour. I told her I never ever even wanted that shade of colour that was her hair. She fought with me and refused to give in. She didn’t care. She insisted I was wrong and didn’t budge.

Not impressed AT ALL with the customer service given by the owner. The hair colour was misunderstood and she was going to re-do it but she had this horrible attitude "I am NOT going to do it again" was what she said as she took her first dip into the peroxide/colour mixture. And she REALLY didnt care. I can go somewhere else I said. "OK", she said. "Now you've made me waste the colour" which is worth all of about $0.50...I know because I have a friend who does colouring out of her home.

Not impressed. $18 for a haircut and the lady would not listen to what I had to say.
