Amazing experience with this dealership. Mr Zaak explained everything about the car, answered all my questions and he helped me to test the car. I had a concern about the brakes system and he talked to his mechanic to take a look and fix the issue. Great service!! Honest, polite and professional staff. I won't forget it! Just bought a used vehicle from them. Very nice staff and seems more trust worthy than other dealers. They do their body work at Mr. Muffler which makes you feel like you can trust the work that is done. Hard to negotiate on the price since their prices are lower than others but I still managed to get 8 new tires on the car. Would recommend !

Very bad experience with Zack Hes the director of sales..i dont know how to be honest cause he cant give a proper customer service. He talked really bad to my wife and his behaviour was always out of context. Really dissappointed because i was a client of Hyundai Gabriel Anjou...but this Nissan Gabriel P.A.T really deceiving Update:They left the winter tires on when they were supposed to change it. I called them,the guy who answered me was very unprofessional and he literally hung me up. Worst costumer service... Never doing business with them again
after two month loocking for the best car finaly I bought my first car in canada from this dealership the service was very good and Mr Zaak gave me an exelant services. and after the buying I found that their is a problem in the AC i just call him and he arrange every thing to fix it directly. It's very comfortable dealing with persons honest and professional like him.
