We just bought a brand new Mercedes glc350e which has been our plan for a long time.nnAt Mercedes Montreal Est we met our sales representative Mr Lorenzo who showed knowledge and professionalism at get go.nnHe explained what they had in stock,we then had a road test and after few days everything become possible,meaning we negotiated a great deal including our trade in and also all,including Mr Vlad in the credit department,went smoothly and on time.nnI especially respect the honesty that Mr Lorenzo used when answering our questions about different models and availability that will perfectly fit our needs.nAlso he was not trying to put any pressure on us during the negotiations.nnWe have bought many cars in the past few decades but this experience was THE BEST and we are very grateful that such a good people work hard to make their customers happy!nnMr Lorenzo and Mr Vlad thank you so much,you are real gentlemen,God bless and we will always recommend you to our Family and Friends who are looking to get a new or used Mercedes at your fantastic Dealership!nnI wish that 10 stars exist here to leave them for you!nn
I don’t often leave Google reviews, but I feel compelled to share this experience because it was deeply disappointing and unacceptable. From a brand like Mercedes, I expected honesty, professionalism, and respect for customers—but unfortunately, that was not the case here.nnI’m from Ontario and found a pre-owned vehicle at this dealership. After negotiating, we agreed on a final price that same day, and I even made plans to fly down to pick it up. I was told the car hadn’t yet been inspected, but was assured there would be no additional costs after inspection and that the vehicle was mine.nnThe next day, however, the dealership raised the price by $1,000, claiming the tires and brakes needed replacement. They tried to justify this by saying it now included new parts and a two-year warranty, calling it “a good deal.” To make matters worse, the staff became rude and dismissive, telling me that if I wasn’t happy, I should just buy a car in Ontario instead.nnThis was wrong on several levels:nnA final price should mean exactly that—final. Adding costs afterward defeats the purpose of negotiating.nnI specifically asked if there could be extra charges, and was told no.nnIf a mistake was made, the professional response would have been to acknowledge it and apologize—not make excuses or suggest I take the car without necessary replacements.nnThe sales rep’s behavior was unprofessional, speaking over me and trying to shift the blame onto me.nnIt’s hard not to conclude one of two things:nnThey found another buyer willing to pay more, ornnThe salesperson assumed the tires and brakes didn’t need replacement, approved my offer, and then tried to cover the added cost after inspection by raising the price.nnEither way, this was a frustrating and unprofessional experience that fell far below the standards one should expect from a Mercedes dealership.
What a great team starting from the lovely young lady in reception and ending with the most wonderful person I've met in a long time. Muhammad went above and beyond two assist me with my situation this organization should be proud of the workers they have they are an absolutely well oiled machine.
nnI recently purchased a Mercedes-Benz GLE from the Montreal East dealership, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. From start to finish, the level of professionalism and service exceeded my expectations.nnA special shoutout to Alain Le, who was incredibly responsive from my very first inquiry. Their attention to detail, clear communication, and willingness to go above and beyond made the entire process smooth and enjoyable.nnI also want to thank the sale manager, Mark Sicotte, for ensuring everything went perfectly and for overseeing such an excellent team. It’s clear that customer satisfaction is a top priority at this dealership.nnI highly recommend this dealership to anyone in the market for a premium vehicle.
