I recently purchased a used vehicle from Kia Complex. I found they offered a better deal than anything I could find in Ottawa. The car exceeded my expectations, which was a pleasant surprise, having made the decision to drive a long distance to view it. I was also delighted with the affordable delivery service to my door. The sales team did not waste my time in any way, something I wouldn't say about some dealers I have experienced.
Thanks to the amazing salesman kelvin and julie! Got me a nice forte 2022 for a great deal and the wait wasnt to long. The final paint was better than i tought to wow ! Would really recommend him and complex kia

An amazing experience. From our arrival, Valerie took the time to text us directions, the direction who welcomed us with such a fun personality, to Mathieu who listened to our list of must haves and pin pointed exactly what we needed and found us the perfect car on the first try. Then off to Jessica who took the time to explain all of our financing options and got everything done in a single afternoon and finally with Julie who helped with all the paperwork and made sure we felt comfortable before we left with all of our answers and a new car! LGBTQ FRIENDLY ! Highly recommend!
I am pleased very much with the work of their team, especially with the salesman Kelvin. He demonstrated in detail the car I wanted, gave all the history Carfax included, explained all the benefits of the optional additional guarantees, answered to all my endless questions. Also, he helped me to find and install new winter tires at a very good price, by the time I arrived to pick the car. Also, there are no hidden fees!!!
I loved my experience with Kia occasion. I purchased my dream truck. Kelvin, Mathieu & Eve were the sweetest and just made the process so easy. My experience was 5 stars. I recommend dealing with them, however I do not recommend buying a Kia lol!!! Jokes aside thank you guys!!!!! Thank you Kelvin!!!
BUYER BEWARE!!!! When I noticed a car I was interested in and called the dealership to get more information. Mathieu, the sales manager for used cars, immediately wanted to know how I would pay for the car. His pushiness should have been an indication of things to come. I was reluctant to buy a car long-distance wanted to know about their experience selling cars to people out-of-province. Mathieu told me they sell LOTS of cars that way. Then how come my entire experience with this dealership made me feel I was their FIRST out-of-province transaction? Initially, KIA was going to send the contract by mail, have me sign and mail it back mail. MAIL?? You must be joking!!! They also wanted me to sign “Acceptance of Delivery” that states: “The purchaser acknowledges having accepted delivery of the motor vehicle described in this contract and declares being totally satisfied with it.” How can I be ‘totally satisfied’ without having seen the car in-person? I was NOT willing to agree to this part of the contract but was told the manager of the dealership was refusing to ship the car until I sign. That's UNETHICAL!! I was doing a convenience deal so the buyer of my car was sending money directly to KIA. My buyer called KIA to confirm payment details that were not communicated clearly but NO ONE at KIA knew anything about this transaction because none of the people who knew about the transaction were working that day. My buyer called me, thinking she was being scammed. I was told delivery would take 7-10 days. 2 days before the car was to arrive I called KIA to make sure everything was on track. Someone else said it actually takes up to 15 days and the car was only picked up the day before. I then find out they were about to deliver the car to the WRONG location, despite me having provided the local dealership name, address and contact number where the car was to be dropped off!! Day of delivery: The car was dropped off unexpectedly without notice and the transport driver left immediately after so I had no opportunity to check the car and compare it to the photos sent by KIA. I paid $25k for a car that arrived WITHOUT front floor mats and there was no second key. I reached out to KIA, asking if they could please help pay for floor mats and check if they had a second key. They were unwilling to help with the floor mats and Mathieu said he already told me the car came with only one key. What a LIAR!! We never talked about keys, the reason I ASKED them to check for a second key. All this dealership seems to care about is getting their money and once they have it you’re on your own. Their communication during and after the sale was awful. Good luck getting someone to respond because my average wait time was 4 business days! These people are so unprofessional and unorganized it’s embarrassing!! This has been an EXTREMELY unpleasant experience for me. It should have been fun and exciting to buy a new car but this KIA dealer made it a nightmare, ESPECIALLY Mathieu the used car sales manager. This dealership would be better off without him but apparently sales are more important than customer service and getting repeat business. I strongly suggest avoiding this KIA dealership, ESPECIALLY when buying long-distance!!!! PS: Mathieu, in case you’re reading this: Your co-worker Vincent told me he can find cars for people and sell them through your dealership, something a client of mine was extremely interested in because he could not find a particular high-end car locally. Your terrible service cost you a potential 50+k sale. ---------- My response to their reply: -------------- ARE YOU KIDDING ME??? Do you realize how much of MY time you wasted? I paid you FULL price $25k and you are complaining about spending time with clients, something a dealership is SUPPOSED to do?? Your response sums up you dealership perfectly: Unprofessional, misguided and you don't have a clue how to connect with clients.
Great service. I would like to thank Magalie for the amazing experience, she was very accommodating, professional and very patient answering all my questions. I highly recommend this place.
Be aware they charge and change whatever they want to and they deny it all.. Never will go back to them and I will stay away from them. Please check your contract I will understand what I am saying....Be aware and check it out before it's too late.....
The finance manager Patric is very very professional but used car salesman was not professional at all, very disappointed. No professionalism at all, I dont think o will ever buy car there again
