Very friendly sales team. Antoine Maisonneuve helped me find the perfect car for my needs at the right price point with all suitable accessories included He made sure to follow up with me a week after delivery of the car to make sure I was still satisfied with my choice. The only thing that could be worked on is the communication between the service, sales and management departments It was a bit complicated to retrieve my winter tires as there was confusion on their whereabouts. All in all, this dealership will make sure you leave their doors happy you found the right car, at the right price for you!

I went here to see for a nice car, this car dealer is closed at this time, but I still seen your cars here,  in your cars, I loved your fuel efficiency Yaris. The parking and the car yard is very big. Also, I seen through the windows, this place including your garages are very well maintained and clean. I give it 4 stars for my experience.

Really loved our experience with the salesman Jean-Robert. He really took the time to explain to us how things work and gave what seemed to me like his honest opinion. He was also aware of the upcoming vehicles and the overall situation. Really liked how calm he was and really inspired confidence. We ended up placing an order thanks to him!

I travelled 500+ km and was promised car delivery, with remote started and nothing was setup when I reached there. Pathetic experience.

It is car dealer. They have new cars and also used one too. It is one of the Toyota dealers in Montreal and the Only Houle branch.  They are nice people. The place is nice, clean & pretty.

Service rep “ May “ was very helpful to explain what caused my electric power steering light to flash and everything was fixed with a new battery all installed for a total of $150. I was on my way in 20 minutes at 4:30 pm!!!   For a dealership service for straight talking and results, this was a good experience.

As a client, I check the rating before I decided. I don’t why there are so many bad reviews on this garage? Well, it depends on each situation that they went there. I noticed that most of the rate was about years ago. I went there this evening 2th December 2020, personally, it is not bad at all. The place is very clean and beautiful. The waiting room is clean and they organized well for the distancing as we are in the Covid situation right now. There are free Wifi, I can working with my laptop while I’m waiting for my car. One thing that missing is there is on plus in for my laptop lol.  The receptionist is nice and polite, he tells me exactly how long I have to wait until my car done.

Worst service ever,  and discrimnatory! Came in and wanted to buy a vehicle they said I had to make an appointment, when I did that and came in they showed me the car yet refused to sell it to me? Drove 1 hour for nothing, do yourself a favour and take your bussiness elsewhere...

if you are looking for a professional dealer. This ISN’T the right place. Just wasted my time when they are always making mistakes A LOT of time. I could understand mistakes can happened but not too many times

The only place you can do your oil change without notice. 15 minutes and there you go! I already referred my father and my stepmother and they LOVE their cars. Not only that but they were more than satisfied with the service and the father care. Will definitely deal with them in the future and continue referring this gold mine.
