Tried to buy out our lease for 2 months, but Christin has waited until 3 days before end date. We asked for a free oil change as recompense and we're told BY THE DIRECTOR OF SALES, NO LESS, that he could not do that. And we have been loyal clients for 15 years!

Other than them trying to charge us a very illegal administration fee, the car buying process was decent enough and they didn't push back when I called them out on it. About as good as you can ask for out of a dealership I guess

Good service from Daniel Lefort. He was very helpful and considerate.
An agent called me to schedule an appointment for a specific model I looked up. I was working, but he was being pushy and didn't let me get back with my availability. Once I arrived, they told me the car was sold the day before, even though I confirmed my appointment on the afternoon. But the sales rep Michael showed me some similar models, and explained all the features in detail. I tried one of them, then he gave me an estimate with financing. I didn't buy the car, but good service.

After visiting 3 other gmc dealerships, Audi, Mazda, Toyota, etc. Christin Chevrolet Buick offered the best service. Kamal is the best sales person who can help you get the car you want at the right price. I am very happy with my new truck and would like to thank him for the excellent service. I am definitely going to see him for my next car.
Avoid at all costs. The service is worse than garbage. The salesmenespecially francois are very nice and reel you in and once you buy the car, you are treated like a piece of scrap. Was told that my brakes were changed when they were not. Car was advertised with a car starter, starter didn't work, they didn't want to fix it and didn't want to cover the charge of another company fixing it. They will blame anything on you "it's warm out, you didn't have to go buy a car starter" and the people speak to you with complete disrespect. When you call to speak to someone higher up, they just keep transferring you. Stay away from the sylvie lady in repair and the bald Italian boss, both the rudest Jerks I've ever met. If I could give less than 1 star I would. Worst decision of my life was buying this car there. Trash trash trash place.
Beware!. We were promised a set of Pirelli tires on our 2018 Chevrolet Volt and realised too late that we got Firestone, wife had signed the papers already. These tyres are really bad. We have an electric car to save on Gas honey!, but we can't even get out of our driveway. A couple of days later we spoke with the sales supervisor about this. He couldn't care less. "We don't have any more tyres". A few more details on the painful experience: When we picked up the car the salesman didn't know where to find total Kms in the contract or on the dashboard?. We had to show him. The same person who thinks there is no oil in the 1.5 Lt engine and that gas will freeze if you have under 1/4 of a tank. By the way, gas tank was almost empty when we left the dealership. What type of dealership does these kind of low class moves to their customers?. Now, we've had a couple of issues with the car one week old but we decided to go find a dealership with a better customer service West Island even if we have to drive longer, hoping that we didn't get a lemon. Stay away.
